A 4.5 million dollar Architecturally designed home in Brighton had Hydronic heating and Ducted Air Conditioning. 2 x three phase 25kW Fujitsu ducted units were installed to linear grilles in the ceiling and bulkheads. Designer aluminium hydronic panels were installed to the downstairs with an Immergas 35kW condensing high efficiency boiler. The wine room had an Innoa Cellar cooler/humidfyer to maintain 12-14 degrees and 60% humidity for the corks. Custom linear bar return air grilles were also installed.
